Location: Centrally located in Queenstown, just a 4-minute walk to the MRT station, and 4 MRT stops to Tanjong Pagar (CBD)
Private Bathroom: Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom—no sharing required! (Not en-suite but no other tenant)
Cooking Allowed: Fully equipped kitchen available for use, and cooking is allowed as long as its cleaned after.
Flexible Living: No strict rules as long as discussed with landlord.
Rent: 1200, inclusive of utilities and AC servicing. No extra cost.
Available From: Mid August onwards to Early September, but can be discussed
Lease Term: 1 year
