We have a spacious HDB with a common room that is vacant. we are only looking for 1 tenant (female). No couples!

The house is a fully renovated modern scandanavian home, very cozy, full of sunlight, plants and a warm homey feel!

the common room has: new and very strong AC, ceiling fan, storage bed, and a spacious wardrobe, desk and chair.

The location of the flat is perfect - near 2 huge Fariprice Supermarkets (Fairprice finest + Fairprice Xtra), near the East Coast Park, hawker, wet market, parkway parade, i12 mall, several clinics, and walkable to many food choices especially along East Coast road, joo chiat and tanjong Katong.

Currently 1 couple staying in the master room (owners) + a young professional female +a friendly cat!

We are friendly English-speaking young professionals, who would love to stay with fellow friendly, considerate and sociable people that could be long-time friends.
