Observe and identify potential engineering issues and /or trends in escalations by ongoing analysis and tracking of escalarations, and/or analysis of reports. Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure business needs are addressed and customer satisfaction maximized. Provide data to management and internal stakeholders Meet core team competency requirements such as customer satisfaction, tem metrics, engineering outcomes Work closely with and support engineering team. 2.Telesales Agent (Multinational Company) • Learn about the products and become an expert on the prodcuts features and related accessories; • Understand company’s Digital Lifestyle strategy and how products fits into it; • Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs, • Understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes; and, • Understand how to appropriately set customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., “what happens next,” to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchase experience; • Enter new Sales orders into the appropriate system(s) accurately | ||
