Email : ricky7@hrdkorea.or.kr (Tel : 82-2-3274-9714) # 싱가포르에 체류하시면서 현지 job을 원하시는 분은 영문 Resume를 이메일로 보내주세요. 적절한 Job이 있을경우 우선적으로 Placement 해드리겠습니다. 감사합니다. 1.Customer Service Officer (Multinational Company) - Responsibilities : • Provide consultative solutions to customers based on their needs, • Understand how to leverage multiple sources of information to stay current on product features and technology changes; • Understand how to appropriately set customers’ expectations after they have placed their order, e.g., “what happens next,” to ensure a favorable end-to-end purchase experience; • Enter new Sales orders into the appropriate systemsaccurately; 2.Regional Logistics/Supply Chain Manager (Multinational Company) - Responsibilities : •Provide leadership regarding logistics (warehousing and downstream domestic and international transportation) in the region working together with the respective country distribution managers. •Contribute in developing standard processes, documentation, contractual arrangements with freight forwarders / 3PL providers to support increased cross- country sourcing •Deploy and review targets/improvement programs related to cost, productivity, lead-time, service •Ensure that the internal logistics systems are set up and follow up on training and enhancements of the systems in the various countries 3. Sales Support Consultants (Korean based Company) - Responsibilities : • Support Sales Team (Pre-Sales Support) • Handle translation work(IT related) • Understand IT business terms • immediate position available |
