내용 Required Skills/Experience:       * BA/BS Degree 2-5 years experience in a customer focused or account management position in CRM or a related industry     * Demonstrated troubleshooting, analysis and problem solving skills     * Solid understanding of Internet technologies, routers, firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers     * Detailed, organized and results oriented     * Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required     * Excellent written and verbal communication skills     * Comfortable interacting with all levels of management     * Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure     * Previous project management experience Desired Skills/Experience:       * Experience with XML, Java and SQL     * Experience using network troubleshooting tools such as ping, traceroute and nslookup     * Ability to read, develop, troubleshoot and debug software in Visual Basic and Java     * Familiarity with development environments including Visual Studio, Jbuilder, and others     * Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, DNS, SMTP     * Knowledge and experience working with LAN/WAN infrastructure technologies, Web Hosting, LAN/WAN, T1 Company website : www.salesforce.com For interested applicants, kindly email to ; syeom@salesforce.com
