1. Job Title : Global Customer Support Representative
Working hours: 8am – 6pm
Will be rotated around the team to work on weekends
Duties:
- Provide superior customer service to our clients on inbound phone calls.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
- Outbound calling will be necessary to introduce new clients
(e.g. calls to confirm attendees for training, seminars, special events)
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using proprietary company
software.
2. Job Title: Credit Controller
Reports to: Manager, Credit and Collections
Responsibilities:
Responsible for assigned portfolio of business to business accounts to obtain lowest possible DSO while retaining customers’ business.
- Utilize Get Paid software to achieve goals (training provided).
- Chase payments from customers in South Korea, Japan, and other areas in Asia
Pac with the objective of getting paid on time while keeping a good relationship
with customers.
- Send e-mails and call customers and agents in a professional and polite written
form and professional spoken communication.
- Portfolio will include Korean account customers, but will also include customers
for many of the other countries in the Asia Pacific area.
- Understand and discuss complex contract and billing situations in a professional
manner.
- Candidate will need to have problem solving skills and also basic accounting
knowledge
- Candidate will need to untangle billing, payment and contract issues to make sure
that the customer is able to pay or that the incorrect entries are corrected.
- Work with other departments and co-workers in large multi-national company to
resolve issues.
- Position will require sensible decisions on a daily basis.
- Candidate should be able to take information and come to a decision on situations
of credit or negotiation
- Candidate may be trained on basic Credit Approval- this will depend on skills on
applicant.
ㅇ Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in related field with good math and accounting skills
- At least 2 years of business to business collection experience
- Outstanding business level verbal and written communication skills in English and
Korean. Other Asian language skills considered a plus including Japanese.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and in tight time constraints and meet goals.
- Ability to learn and operate Accounts Receivable software.
- Experience on Get Paid a plus.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to make decisions.
- Any supervisory experience a plus.
