내용 | 아는 분 부탁으로 대신 올립니다. 관련 회사 정보 및 Recruting Job Scope는 아래를 참고하세요 (가능하시면 대졸자중 관련 분야 전공 및 해당 분야 경력자( 최소 5년 이상)을 하신분들을 선호하니 지원시 참고하세요 ) - 회사: 미국계다국적기업(금융관련회사)의 싱가포르 AP 본부 - 지원: 영문이력서 첨부해서 heavenjj@chol.com 으로 보내주세요 - Job Scope for Senior Technical Support Analyst, Global Client Testing Key Responsibilities include: • Supports Client testing on BASE I, VIP, BASE II, OFD (Open-file delivery) • Supports Chip testing including cards and terminals • Supports business suite of applications and tools – VCMS VIP, VCMS BASE II, VTS-VIP, VTS-CS, etc • SME in areas of responsibility and tools required to support the function, ensuring tools are ready and deployable and provides consultation within areas of expertise •Proactively identifies and confronting issues with support from management for resolution, proposes design/technical approach •Sustains and enhances key relationships with internal and external stakeholders •Creates concise, accurate internal and external documentation. Review pertinent documentation such as Turnover documentation, Business Requirements and Development Design Documents. •Reviews all plans to ensure testing is being executed in an efficient manner •Develops test plans, designs and test cases as appropriate. Identify test dependencies, environment and data requirements. •Demonstrates accountability for Testing project success and client satisfaction •Provides training to internal and external clients, if required •Takes leadership role in Analyst development and training Knowledge/Experience required •Computer Science degree/diploma with 5-7 years of industry or testing experience, especially in Credit Card/ATM working experience •Familiar with ISO 8583 messages and flow •Familiar in VTS-VIP, Edit Package •Experience in IBM/MVS, Tandem, TCPIP •Experience in Microsoft Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Visio, etc) • Knowledge in Chip is a requirement •Demonstrate professional, clear, direct and responsive written and verbal communications to all constituents •Strong command in written and spoken English, proficiency in Korean language is an advantage •Good customer service with consideration of cultural differences •Strong time-management and organizational skills •Independent and self-motivated •Ability to comprehend technical issues and apply it to the job. •Demonstrates sound judgment. •Ability to influence others •Follow established procedures for documenting and reporting defects. •Must be able to work non-standard SG working hours and shifts to support clients. |
