CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Korean Speaking) You will be responsible for order processing duties (eg. tracking, monitoring and preparation of shipping and delivery documents) as well as performing customer service duties such as attending to customers’ enquiries, technical support, requests, quotations, etc. You are also expected to co-ordinate and liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure that schedules and customers’ requests are met. Requirements: • GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma in Business, Logistics Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity • Experience in handling import and export documentations • Good knowledge of shipping procedures and documentations a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels • Self-motivated team player with drive and initiative • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Korean speaking is compulsory • Working hours – 8.30am to 5.15pm (Monday – Friday) • Dependent Pass Holders are also welcome | ||
