Job Description - Manage web stores and drive sales revenue from the display order of products in categories and search results - Execute processes and use active merchandising software to determine product ranking - Add and remove products and product variations (color and size), banners, specials, upsells, cross-sells, links, etc from web stores - Manage Online Promotions / Campaigns, e.g. coupons and other discounts - Responsible for range of product descriptions, including their translation and localization - Manage updates and uploads to "staging" site, test and replicate content to "production" site where changes are available to customers. - Responsible for all on-site merchandising activities such as product categorization and on-site search optimization. - Administer creation and management of all site activities and requests. Job Requirements - Degree in business, marketing or equivalent - Minimum 6 years’ experience in sales/ marketing where 2 to 3 years in an online environment. - Experience in managing promotions, campaigns, merchandising and demand generation programs - Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment - Knowledge of Web and its technologies and trends preferred - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Must be organized and analytical and willing to work collaboratively to achieve company/team goals - Effectively bilingual (oral/written) in English and Korean Candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to email detailed resume in English, stating availability and current & expected salary to: hr_sg@crocs.com.
