We provide services to contribute to our client’s marketing, sales, partner and customer programs including Account Profiling, Contact Management, Database Enhancement and Pre-event Invitation campaigns Our dedication in providing a reliable end-to-end customer experience through quality and knowledgeable approaches as well as insight reports into marketing trends has resulted in a proven track record of satisfied clients in IBM, HP, EMC among others RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Responsible in conducting outbound calls to prospect base in Korea and other countries for tele-prospecting and requirements mapping activities 2. Responsible in building up contact database of companies in various countries (mainly companies in Korea) and revitalisation of contact details into CRM systems on a periodic basis 3. Responsible in following-up of inbound enquiries such as internet and customer hotline 4. Reporting on voice communication targets 5. Assist managers in executing lead generation programs or market related activities REQUIREMENTS: 1. Must be able to speak Korean & English fluently. Native Korean speakers are a bonus 2. Candidate must possess at least a Pre-U / A Levels / College, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales/Marketing related fields 3. Preferably junior executives with familiarity in Telesales/Telemarketing experience or equivalent 4. Applicants must be willing to work in Ayer Rajah Crescent 5.
