He/she is also to provide presales technical advice and support to account / sales managers and customers to assist in developing new business. Desired Skills - Presents solutions using the company’s wide range of products to prospects and existing customers at public events or customer sites. Demonstrates how to integrate the products into the customers IT strategy. Delivers best practices and solutions to prospects. Special Qualifications - College degree in computer science, information systems or data processing or equivalent experience. 5 years experience in a pre-sales technical support experience or consulting environment with relevant technical experience.
