Also, the following items are considered essential: Advanced knowledge of three Company’s software applications. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and knowledge of Windows Server leading towards certification. Ability to write technical documents and reports. Must have good English communication skills. Advanced knowledge of PC workstation hardware and configurations. 2 to 3 years professional technical support or post-production experience. Desired Knowledge/Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and system administration. Good knowledge of network administration. Vast experience with a number of Company’s products. Good communication skills. Must function well within a team while having the capacity of functioning without direct supervision. Kknowledge of Linux operating system. Good overall knowledge of the production, post-production and/or television industry. Must be able to work under pressure and have a high level of responsibility and self-determination.
