내용 관심 있으신 분들은 Miss Marney Seah (mseah@itworks.com.sg) 로 이력서를 보내시주시기 바랍니다 . ------------------------------------ Our Client:        US-based software vendor with their ASEAN/SAARC regional office based in Singapore Working Location:         Seoul, Korea Position:                   Product Support Manager in Korea This position is responsible for managing all aspects of a professional staff, delivering technical product support to customers and partners. We are looking for an individual that can provide the leadership required to motivate the team to maintain maximum productivity while allowing for optimal creativity. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:         Develops and manages a comprehensive program of continuous professional development, including formal and informal training, independent self-study, and interaction with other teams         Translates high-level organizational goals to staff work goals         Manages the department work flow, ensuring timely and effective response to customer issues         Maintains an ongoing analysis of department/function productivity as defined by installed Key Performance Indicators / standards metrics         Follows up on all issues relating to customer dissatisfaction         Aggressively manages major budget segments including; internal and outsourced staff, training and development, travel, and hardware/software acquisition         Directs staff and personally engages in monitoring industry practices, Company processes, technical journals, etc. to support an active program of continuous quality improvement for the department Required Skills         BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent experience         3-5 years managing a technical support and/or technical services organizations         Strong management and interpersonal skills         Ability to communicate well with customers, employees, managers, and subordinates         Knowledgeable about technical support best practices         Knowledgeable in the operations of CRM, ACD, e-mail system, and other related infrastructure to call center operations Your application will be treated with strict confidence.
