Position : Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Responsible for order fulfillment and inquiries handling
- Build and maintain relationships with the customers/partners and
ensure high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate across functional teams to ensure that customers requests
are handled appropriately
- Ensure that all orders are in the order management systems and
within the agreed global and regional SLAs
Job Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Korean and English (Both written and spoken)
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Fast learner, takes initiative and independent
- Highly motivated and adaptable to fast changing environment
- Detailed oriented
