Responsibilities

-. Manage inquiries and communicate efficiently with HQ

-. Handle daily transactional duties and sales-related requirements

-. Ensure the accuracy of commercial and technical data

-. Manage and expedite sales processes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

-. Review databases to meet periodic reporting needs

-. Build and nurture business relationships by maintaining rapport with existing and new customers

-. Provide support for sales team projects  and initiatives

-. Meet customers and negotiate with bulk orders or long term orders.

Requirements

-. Proficiency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)

-. Strong ability to meet deadlines

-. Detail oriented with a focus on data accuracy

-. Experience in Marine and Shipping industry is an advantage

-. Proficiency in Korean to communicate with HQ
