Job Responsibilities:

o   Manage and coordinate procurement activities, inventory control as well as distribution operation to achieve organizational goals and performance KPIs.

o   Handle demand planning.

o   Analyse sales and inventory data as well as operational performance.

o   Liaise and coordinate with overseas suppliers for accurate and timely delivery of inventory.

o   Able to resolve any disruptions in supply chain.

o   Handle import and export procedure and documentations.

o   Review compliance of imported product specifications and labelling in accordance with Singapore laws.

o   Familiar and keep abreast with food regulations in Singapore.

o   In charge of B2B sales account.

o   Develop and secure new market and customers through activities to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth.

o   Negotiate business terms with key customers.

o   Develop and execute promotion activities.

o   Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

o   Possess at least a diploma in Supply Chain Management with more than 4 years related experience.

o   Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes.

o   Attention to details and equip with creative problem-solving ability.

o   Strong organizational and analytical skills.

o   Ability to gather, analyse and use data to make inform decision making.

o   Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

o   Good in computer skills, particularly excel skills.

o   Positive, motivated attitude.

o   Ability to work independently, effective in time management, prioritize tasks and work within deadlines.

o   Salary will commensurate with experience.
