Responsibilities:

• Checking of local and incoming documentation.
• BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentations
• Update Shipment logs
• Perform BL registration in Glob+ in-house system
• Verify item declaration form
• Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels
• Ad-hoc assignment on the physical work at warehouse

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements: 

• Min 1-2 years logistics admin / shipping / customs documentations experience
• Proficiency in Korean to liaise with Korean-speaking clients/colleagues
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation and communication skills
• Excel knowledge skills like V-lookup and Pivot table
