Primary Responsibilities:

1)Follow the overall strategy of the group company, develop large tyre business distributors in local countries or regions in the Asia-Pacific region, sell the company's own brands and authorized brand tyre products, and achieve the established sales targets.

2)Manage existing distributor customers and business, maintain and upgrade customer relationships, expand the range of sales products, and improve sales performance.

3)Monitor and analyze local market customer needs, regulatory requirements, and future development trends. Track important initiatives and activities related to production, sales, and marketing of relevant tyre brands in the corresponding market.

4)Provide product training to customers in the corresponding market, provide after-sales support, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

5)Manage demand forecasting, collaborate with supply chain department colleagues to ensure timely and quality delivery.

6)Responsible for managing customer accounts receivable, confirming and signing contracts.

Qualifications:

1)Experience in developing distributor customers and product sales in tier 1 or 2 brands of tyre companies, with certain customer resources in Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia, or Australia/New Zealand.

2)Familiar with mainstream tyre products and market competition (PCR, TBR, LT), understanding of tyre production processes, design requirements, and main technical features.

3)Ability to communicate and negotiate business fluently in English and Korean to liaise with English and Korean speaking. Better if familiar with upstream raw materials of tyres (such as rubber, resins and other chemicals, etc.).

5) Commissions Profit X the % X number of years
6) Based in respective countries. Work remotely. No base office. Just sell to the local market.
