Our client operates their prestige hospitality business globally, providing premium services for customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls within specified service levels, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.

- Assist customers with vacation planning, worldwide hotel reservations, and other bookings, optimizing opportunities for customer retention and loyalty.

- Resolve customer care issues, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate call logs and documentation are entered into the system.

- Respond to emails in a professional and customer-friendly manner, providing clear and accurate information.

- Collaborate with other departments to meet business needs and achieve customer satisfaction, including one-on-one program education by appointment.

- Assist customers with vacation packages, manage bookings, reservations, and Club Points usage, and follow up post-stay based on customer feedback.

- Handle administrative tasks such as processing payments, issuing certificates, generating upgrade/referral leads, and assisting with contract modifications.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry

- High business proficiency in both Korean and English language to liaise with Korean-speaking and English-speaking guests

- Proficient in Ms Office suites including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Comfortable to work on weekends and PH when necessary

- [Advantage] Candidate with experience operating travel-related reservation system, Marsha or Salesforce will have an added advantage
