신한은행 싱가폴지점에서 Deposit & Remittance 직원을 아래와 같이 모집합니다.

1. 담당 업무

- Greet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly and professional manner. Resolve customer issues or refer them to the appropriate bank staff for assistance

- Handling financial transactions such as fund transfers, time deposit and inward/outward remittance

- Prepare daily reports and reconcile discrepancies

- Customer Account Management: perform static updates for accounts and internet banking services

- Conduct Know-Your-Customer(KYC) and customer due diligence checks for new and existing clients

- Review SWIFT message in system to ensure payments comply with relevant financial regulations including AML, CTF and sanctions

- Monitor for suspicious transactions and to escalate any potential AML/CTF related activities to Compliance

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions

- Liaising with customers, banks or relationship managers to resolve issues

- Continuous effort to identify areas for process improvements

- Perform any other duties assigned by Department Head

2. 자격 요건

- Minimum Degree holder or equivalent

- Self-motivated, meticulous, able to multi-task, and willing to work under pressure.

- Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Good knowledge of Banking Products would be a plus.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Korean
