Our client operates their businesses across their Resort, Restaurant and Casino. This role will be based in Cebu Island, Philippines.

Responsibilities

This Management Trainee Program provides an in-depth, fast-tracked learning experience specially designed to equip you with necessary skills and knowledge to take on leadership positions within our client's integrated resort. Guidance from experienced mentors will be provided to ensure you have the chance to excel within the vibrant tourism and hospitality sector.

- Rotational Training: Train across departments like operations, guest services, food & beverage, marketing, and sales to understand their functions and challenges.

- Operational Excellence: Assist in daily operations, ensuring service quality and proposing operational improvements.

- Project Management: Lead and participate in projects to drive innovation and improve processes.

- Leadership Development: Attend training sessions and receive mentorship to develop management skills.

- Customer Engagement: Interact with guests, provide personalized service, and gather feedback for service enhancements.

- Strategic Planning: Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, business plans, and budgets.

Requirements

Candidates without relevant experience is welcomed to apply, under the following conditions:

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field

- Great proficiency in Korean language to liaise with Korean-speaking customers

- Passionate and interested in the Hospitality & Tourism industry

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain relationships

- Able to work efficiently in a team

Additional Information:

1.Working days: 6 days work week (Shift rotation basis)

2. Housing expenses will be subsidized

3. Transport provided to travel between residential area and work
