• Manage global store identity and develop and apply display guidelines
• Plan and analyze retail/shopper marketing
• Plan and design in-store and event activities; inspect costs; supervise production and installation
• Communicate with HSAD headquarters and clients (LG Electronics HQ and Singapore) and lead projects
• Research and analyze the global competitive store environment
• Collect and plan the utilization of customer data from the perspective of customer experience
• Collect and analyze data related to retail (on & off-line sales data, etc.) to create strategic plans

• Junior-level: 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Senior-level: 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in office programs such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Business-level English proficiency (written and verbal)
• Degree in a related field (design or architecture)
• Experience working with home appliance brands
• Experience in retail shop-related tasks (minimum 3 years for senior level)
• Experience in digital marketing or O2O tasks
• Proficiency in creating proposals and using office programs
