내용 | Job Responsibilities: • Develop and strengthen HR and Admin functions and capabilities. • Data cleansing, maintain accuracy of data input (Global HR System) and simplify Global HR System SOPs and guide. • Liaise with office in Korea closely and manage expatriates benefits. • Assist in annual processes for expatriates, leave entitlement, encashment etc. • Liaising with Korean counterparts to arrange and follow up on health checks etc. • Review staff benefits, company incentive policy and propose changes. • Assist in enhancing employer branding to increase retention rate. • Develop yearly training calendar and lead training and development function. • Review code of conduct and perform grievance handling. Requirements: • 4-6 years of relevant experience. • Bachelor’s degree or above HRM or equivalent with good communication as well as interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently/with minimum supervision, self-driven, able to meet deadlines, organized multitasker, good collaboration in dynamic environment. • Resourceful, strong critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills with ability to follow-through. • Team player. • Proficient in Korean language.
