[Job Description : Field Engineer Software]

- Configure and install various display devices and SW application(e.g., Sigange, Hotel TV and relavant SW on the devices)

- Performing troubleshoot, debugging  and upgrade existing systems

- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback

- Work closely with other FAEs to understand customer systems, diagnose issues, and implement new features

- Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations

- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability

- Installing and configuring network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.

- Collaborating with other IT professionals to develop and implement network security measures.

- Documenting troubleshoot report

- Providing network engineering support and training to other team members.

- Understanding SW development process
