남성 바텐더 & 웨이터 고용 

급여 및 복리후생

- 기본 월 $3000-$4000

- 회사는 첫달 숙소를 제공합니다.

-회사는 직원에게 취업 비자를 제공합니다.

-세일즈 커미션

• -수습기간 후 10일 연차, 12개월마다 1일씩 증가(최대 16일), 빨간날 휴가, MC 등  싱가포르 규정을 따릅니다.

직무 책임:

-절차와 기준에 따라 고객 서비스를 제공합니다.

-원활한 일상 서비스 운영(매장 오픈&클로징, 주문 접수, 테이블 세팅, 매장 청소 등)을 지원하고 보장합니다.

- 모든 개장 전 업무가 매일 완료되었는지 확인합니다.

- 메뉴의 모든 항목을 숙지합니다. 이와 관련하여 모든 레시피, 음료 목록, 와인 목록, 준비 방법 및 준비 시간에 대한 지식이 있어야 합니다.

- 메뉴의 모든 항목이나 특별 메뉴를 손님에게 추천하고 홍보합니다.

-고객의 불만사항 및 피드백을 효과적으로 처리하고 즉시 소통합니다.

- 손님이 요청한 음료 준비

- 손님을 위한 특별한 순간을 만들고, 바에서 호스트 역할을 하며 빛나는 빛이 되는 방법에 적극적으로 참여합니다.

- 바 및 장비를 점검 및 설정하고, 병을 적절한 위치에 배치하고, 교대근무 중에 사용할 수 있도록 적절한 위치를 준비합니다.

-Basic $3000-$4000 per month

-Company will provide residences for the first month

-Company will provide working visa for the employees

-Sales commission

-10 days of annual leave after probation period with 1 day increase every 12 months (capped at 16 days),PH leave ,mc etc...Follow by Singapore MOM rules .

Requirements

-Good looking

-Height 175+

-Basic English communication

-One year relevant experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Customer service according to procedures and standards.

-Assisting and ensure a smooth daily service operations (opening and closing of outlet, taking orders,table setting, cleaning outlet etc.)

-To ensure that all pre-opening duties are completed on daily basis.

-To be familiar with all items on the menu. In this respect, you must have knowledge of all recipes,drink list, wine list and methods of preparation and preparation time.

-To recommend and promote all items on the menu or specials to guests.

-To handle guest complaints and feedbacks effectively and communicate to the immediate

-prepare guest requested drinks

- be pro-active on ways to create special moments for guests, to act as a host at the bar and be a shining light

- check and set-up bar and equipment, places bottles in the proper place, prepare adequate mis-en-place to be used during the shif
