JUNGSAEMMOOL is the professional makeup artist brand that constantly purses “Natural Beauty” 

Jungsaemmool beauty Singapore just opened the first ever concept store, where you could 1) Start your beauty journey at our retail store, 2) Nourish your beauty knowledge and skills at Academy with educational possibilities and professional networking 3) Complete your beauty at Salon by Jung Saem Mool’s professional Makeup and Hair service. 

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead the operation of the flagship store. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.

• Oversee inventory management, reservation management, stock replenishment, stocktaking, and minimizing stock discrepancies.

• Implement measures to prevent theft and manage inventory shrinkage and keep up the best shopping experience.

• Maintain an appealing and organized sales / service floors through effective visual merchandising and product placement.

• Generate and analyze relevant reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.

• Supervise and collaborate with Salon and Academy team to ensure flawless operation and service 

• Lead the team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.

• Provide expert cosmetic recommendations and consultations, making sure that the needs and satisfaction of the client are satisfied.

• Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters

• Responsible for roster planning, reservation management & POS and loyalty system

• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must possess at least a Degree or Diploma in any field.

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, managerial exposure in the retail industry, preferably with experience in either Cosmetics / Branded boutique along with a track record of successful sales or +8 years of career with people management experience.

• Able to perform retail shift hours / weekends / public holidays

• Good communication and presentation skills
