CJ Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd, a newly established company in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is actively seeking a Finance and Business Management Manager to join their team. 

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage finance and accounting functions and procedure of the company including treasury, tax, financial reporting and audit in line with the Internal and Government regulations
• Working with tax authorities and other authorities on financial statements and accounting data
• Commercial Business partnering & controlling, support other Department on commercial planning and business modelling and forecasting, to provide the recommendation on Selling price/Trade term/A&P spending to management for approval
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annually reporting to management. Prepare accurate, transparent, and timely management reports to BOD. Ensure the Reports are in-line with the applicable CJ Corporate’s guidelines & reflect the accurate position of the financial performance (Sale performance /Category performance/Discount/Rebate/A&P spending.
• Provide value-added analysis and insight on business strategies planning by generating and maintaining reports for senior management’s decision making. Prepare variance analysis and narratives to alert management of financial issues, trends and opportunities.
• Accountable for the delivery of the annual budgeting by working closely with business unit leaders to ensure robust planning and performance management.
• Monitor and review monthly financials in terms of achievements vs budget.
• Oversee company’s admin and HR functions.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Skills & knowledge requirements:

• Possess a minimum degree in Finance or Business Management
• At least 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis/planning and experience in brand planning/profitability within an FMCG productExperience with Accounting Software (SAP preferred)
• Proficient in English and in Korean(To liaise with Korean speaking counterparts)
• Excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and innovative ideas to provide management with alternative solutions and recommendations
• Advanced proficiency in Excel

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
