Reservation Services:

-Process reservation requests accurately and efficiently.

-Verify reservation information with customers.

-Explain policies and accommodations to guests.

-Assign confirmation/cancellation numbers and communicate them clearly.

Communication:

-Keep guests informed about the resolution process for any issues they raise.

-Stay updated on new standards initiated by the Customer Engagement Center (CEC).

Working with Others:

-Support coworkers and treat them with respect.

-Follow company policies and procedures.

Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement:

-Handle customer issues with a focus on first-call resolution.

-Navigate systems efficiently and comply with quality assurance standards.
