2026년 임플란트 업계 세계 1위, 싱가포르 내 1위를 목표로 비상 중인 오스템 임플란트 싱가폴 법인 내 디지털 센터에서 근무할 치기공사를 모집합니다. 본 센터는 CAD/CAM 디지털 기술을 활용한 '디지털 교정'. '디지털 특수보철' 등  '디지털 덴티스트리'에 특화되어있습니다. 

1. 모집분야 : 디지털 치기공사

2. 직무내용 : 

   - 치과 CAD/CAM 시스템 운영 : Surgical Guide 디자인

   - 3D 프린트 가공 (Temp, Flipper, Guide 등)

   - 3D 프린터 유지/보수/관리

3. 자격요건 : 

  - 학력 : 치기공학 전공 (필수)/전문학사 이상

  - 경력 : 최소 5년 이상

  - 사용 프로그램 : 치과 CAD/CAM 시스템 유경험자

  - 3D 프린터, 금속/지르코니아 밀링 장치 조작 유경험자

  - 세라믹 보철물 제작 가능 (Build-up, Contouring)

  - 보철물의 후처리 및 최종 품질관리 가능자 

  - 영어 의사소통 가능자

  - 치기공 관련 자격증 보유자 우대 (예: 컴퓨터응용밀링기능사, 컴퓨터응용선반기능사 등)

Key Responsibilities

·       Operate CAD / CAM equipment such as zirconia/metal milling machines, 3D printer to fabricate surgical guides and prosthetics such as customised abutments, temporary/final crowns

·       Read specifications, prescriptions and examine impressions or models to determine the design of dental products to be developed

·       Fabricate, repair, or alter dental devices like crowns, inlays, dentures, bridges or appliances for straightening teeth

·       Test appliance to be sure they confirm to accuracy and specifications of occlusion

·       Replace or rebuild wire sections, linings, or missing teeth to repair dentures

·       Casts impressions using various types of gypsum stones or plaster of paris, according to the dentist's prescription, using the vibrator and vacuum mixer as appropriate.

·       Removes the stone casts from the impression.

·       Bases, trims and finishes the models if required.

·       Scans models using lab scanner to obtain virtual model

·       Records patient details on models and special trays

·       Fabricates bite rims for the construction of bite blocks.

·       Ensure completeness, accuracy, and quality standards are met

·       Maintain CAD CAM machine performance by establishing operating procedures.

·       Evaluate current procedures, practices and develop and implement best practices for CAD CAM operations.

·       Arrange for equipment servicing and repair.

·       Support and perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the immediate supervisor or management.
