Job Opening For Service Crew in a Hotel

We are looking for Service Crew that meets the Requirements:

• Diploma in any similarity.

• Studied in a Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or similar.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong leadership skills with good attention to detail.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Willingness to work overtime if required.

• Excellent time management skills.

Salary: SGD$2200.00 to SGD$2400.00 per month

6 days work week with 1 day off

Annual Leave minimum of 7 days a year

Medical and Hospitalisation leave 14 days up to 60 days

Meals provided during shift

F&B Service Crew Responsibilities:

•Able to converse in English as a Day to Day conversations

• Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with Day-to-Day operations.

• Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities.

• Observing and learning from experienced staff members.

• Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, F&B processes and Day-To-Day Duities.

• Enjoying meeting and talking to people and customer.

• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.

• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the traineeship.

• Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes.

• Learning Preparation of Beverage, Serving customers and handling POS machine.
