Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities for expansion and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and offer suitable product or service solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
