Thank you for considering this job opportunity and choosing LG as your Employer of Choice. * Please attach your resume and CV with expected salary, current visa status and start date for work. ■ Job Description : Overall HR support - Deploy LG Electronics’ HR philosophy to Asia subsidiaries (Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China and Japan) and make an alignment for global HR operation - Deploy global HR policies and programs to Asia subsidiaries and ensure their thorough implementation - Strengthen Asia Region’s organization and attract, develop and retain talents - Proactively monitor, support and manage risks related to Regional / subsidiary HR issues from a long-term perspective and continuously develop subsidiary HR capabilities - Develop and implement regional HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs, Asia region CEO HR initiatives and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy - Lead regional HR processes, maintain HR operational excellence / efficiency and increase visibility of HR performance management aligned with the corporate direction and business strategy with Regional HR - Assist in managing an optimal headcount plan and organization structure for the business in line with the business plans - Asia HR job may include recruitment, training, development, compensation/ remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, organizational development, relocation, equal employment/ affirmative action, health, safety and employee wellness, HR administration, HR information systems, payroll, employee communications, employment/ industrial/ labor relations ■ Requirements - At least 3 years of experience in HR field - Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Word) skills - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Highly proficient in verbal and written English and Korean communication - Able to work independently and be a good team player - Critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to handle stress and meet tight deadlines |
