Job Description

As a Experience Creators, you'll take on an exciting and proactive role in maintaining SuperPark Singapore's guest service standards. Here's a glimpse of what you'll be doing:

1. Embracing Fun: You'll monitor, motivate, and develop park activities that constantly deliver an awesome experience to our guests. It's all about spreading joy and creating memories!

2. Safety First: While instructing and managing our guests in various sports-oriented activities and programs, your focus will always be on safety. We ensure our guests have a blast in a secure environment.

3. Guest Engagement: Be the superhero for our guests! You'll answer questions, resolve situations, and provide exceptional service via face-to-face interactions, mobile, or other digital communication channels.

4. Versatility at its Best: Get ready to assume various lead roles in the park, from being a Party Host and Program Host to a Camp Leader and Super Camp Supervisor. Every day is an adventure!

5. Promoting Fun: Proactively promote our park offerings, including membership passes, birthday parties, programs, and merchandise, catering to our guests’ needs and preferences.

6. Play Park Vibes: Keep the fun going by completing housekeeping assignments, ensuring cleanliness, safety checks, and upkeeping the overall play park ambiance. It's all about creating a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere!
