Position:  Finance Manager

Status:  Full time employment  

Department: Finance 

Business Unit: Global Head office, Singapore 

Report to: Director of Finance 

Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Director, you will be overseeing a team and be responsible for all the finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, risk and governance, and ensuring preparation of financial statements in compliance with SOX and IFRS/KIFRS. 

As a key business partner to the leadership team, you will provide insight analysis and advise the businesses from a financial perspective. You will also drive audit, tax and finance advisory matters with external auditors and tax agents, as well as drive projects and initiatives to automate and streamline work processes. You will also play a role in conducting presentations to senior stakeholders and board members. 

• Company level and consolidation Financial Statements under KIFRS & SIFRS 
• K-SOX (Internal Control Finance Report) management 
• Business plan and budget 
• Budget management, such as budget vs actual difference analysis 
• Identify, assess, and manage all risks, including reputation risk, financial risk, business risk, etc 
• Establish a fund management plan and monitor fund execution 
• Group short-term and long-term business plan 
• Group business feasibility analysis and cost analysis
• Tasks as assigned by

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance. 
• Language skill: Korean, English
• At least 8 years of experience in finance/accounting with knowledge of KIFRS/SFRS
• Member or recognized accounting bodies (CPA/ CA, CIA or ACCA) preferred 
• Solid training from Big 4 is a plus 
• Knowledge of SOX and Good working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage 
• Self-initiative, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and leadership skills 
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset, problem solving skills 
• Excellent communication and business partnership skills 
• Good command in written English.
