내용

LS ELECTRIC 싱가포르 지사에서 하기와 같이 총무/인사를 담당해주실 분을 모십니다.


 Position

- Administrative Executive


• Job Description

The Employee’s main duties and responsibilities as Administrative Executive shall be as follows; 


Provide full administrative work including but not limited to:

- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms

- Develop and maintain filing systems

- Update and maintain office policies and procedures

- Office maintenance, ordering office supplies, and researching new deals and suppliers

- Management of billings, rentals, and payments


Provide secretarial support including but not limited to:-

- Organize and schedule appointments

- Answer and direct phone calls / Maintain contact lists

- Book travel arrangements incl. visa applications & invitation letters

- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

- Provide general support to visitors


Provide accounting support including but not limited to:

- Correspondence with IRAS, Accountant, Auditor, Tax Agent, etc.

- Bookkeeping / Submit and reconciling expense reports

- Closing of bookkeeping, Monthly closing

- GST return, Auditing, Tax clearance, etc.

- Petty cash disbursement and recordings


Provide HR management support including but not limited to:

- Day-to-day HR operation and administrative support

- Administer staff attendance, leave benefits, staff welfare

- Assists in employee queries regarding claims, benefits, and procedures.

- Prepare and coordinate employee on-boarding/off-boarding process.

- Handle monthly payroll, Update related records, etc.

- Submission of CPF, Yearly income tax, etc.

- Ensure validity of staff visa status, follow up/Apply for extension/new visa

- Monitor and administer insurance claims


Ad-hoc duties 


• Requirements

- Min. Diploma (Business/Human Resources preferred)

- 1 – 3 years of Administrative & HR experience preferred

- Singapore citizen/PR preferred

- Proactive, well organized, meticulous, and a good team player

- Able to work independently and take initiatives

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
