We are currently seeking a Dental Receptionist to join Meiplus Dentalcare, an exceptional and welcoming practice. Our team is dedicated to promoting dental health and well-being, striving to create a positive and enjoyable experience for every patient in our care. 1. Manage inquiries and coordinate the scheduling of patients' appointments. (emails, calls, messengers) 

2. Handle the registration processes for patients, including the collection of payments. 

3. Dispense medication and provide post-operative instructions to specific patients as needed. 

4. Possess skills in inventory management, organization, and healthcare administration. 

5. Demonstrate a strong sense of team spirit and collaborate effectively with colleagues. 

6. Exhibit excellent communication skills for interacting with both patients and the healthcare team. 

7. Foster a team player mentality within the workplace. 

8. Prioritize and excel in customer service to ensure a positive experience for patients. 

9. Efficiently handle scheduling tasks and coordinate appointments. 

10. Possess previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting.

1. Must have 1 year of dental receptionist or customer service experience.
