We are seeking a talented Clothes Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing innovative and stylish clothing for children. The candidate should have a strong understanding of fashion trends, design skills, and the ability to create functional yet fashionable garments for the target age group.

Responsibilities:

1. Conceptualization and Design:

• Develop creative and unique designs for clothing lines that align with current fashion trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and design prototypes to communicate ideas effectively.

2. Research and Trend Analysis:

• Stay abreast of current fashion trends and market demands for apparel.
• Conduct research on colors, fabrics, and patterns suitable for different age groups.
• Analyze competitor products and industry trends to ensure a competitive edge.

3. Quality Control:

• Maintain high-quality standards throughout the design and production process.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that finished products meet design specifications.

4. Ad-hoc Task:

• We are a startup company, so everyone is working as a team. In addition to the specified R&R, ad-hoc tasks may also arise.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Kids' Clothes Designer with a strong portfolio of successful designs.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, and pattern making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
