Job Description & Requirements

• Maintain full set of account
• Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts and submission of reports to HQ
• Handle all aspects of the financial accounting matters
• Prepare and submit management and statutory reports to HQ
• Participate in yearly budgeting procedure
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, cash flow management, budgeting and forecasting
• Liaise/handle with auditor to issue audited financial statement and proceed the AGM with a necessarily required document including Annual Return form and XBRL
• Prepare and file withholding tax/GST/Corporate Income tax returns
• Prepare and file income tax return of employees both Singapore and Korea
• Keep monitoring yearly budget
• Liaise with banks to submit necessary documents
• Issue Invoice
• Any other job duties which may be assigned

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy & Finance
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accountancy & Finance
• Fluent in Korean (read, write, oral)
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and deadlines
