■ Responsibilities: - Analyze the market and make CAC Business strategy from the perspective of 3C and 4P analysis - Set up, manage local strategy with each countries and align with global strategy with HQ - Manage the commercial air conditioner business - Support and solve key issues in business, products and organizations - Prepare and host annual Product Director meeting in Asia - Responsible to regular reporting to HQ and business leader as a representative of Asia - Manage sales and profit DB and monitor each countries performance and report and share key high light to business leader and product directors in each countries - Management of Asia Data(Sales, COI, Pipeline, HR, Maintenance, Marketing, etc..) - Analysis of Pipeline trend and guide to Subsidiaries to guide - how to improve managing the Pipeline. - Weekly pipeline meeting with subsidiaries Analyze trends and define key markets - Review and analysis the Sales and Pipeline Monthly - Collaborate with HQ and Subsidiaries to establish a strategy for the business - Daily / Weekly / Monthly Reporting (Sales, Pipeline, etc..) ■ Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial air conditioner industry - BS or BA in Engineering, marketing or relevant majors - Exceptional organizational, inter-personal, project management & communication skills - Ability to drive projects to completion - Highly motivated, resourceful personality with the ability to work independently and in a team environment - Must be technically adept and able to understand subject matter - Strong attention to detail - Results driven, action oriented individual that is accountable for the success of project delivery and launch - Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities - Candidate needs to be proficient in Korean language to be able to communicate with the Headquarters in Korea. - Highly proficient in verbal and written English communication - Prefer to have Proficiency in Excel and PPT, other data analysis software - SAC (System Air-conditioning) Job Knowledge - Teamwork, Flexibility, Customer Oriented - Positive attitude and Interpersonal communication skills |
