[Accountant] 

Job Description​

(1) Preparation of book​keeping, financial statements ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

(2) Collaborate with the external audit team in the audit process

(3) Assist in preparing and filing all taxes, (including corporate tax, GST etc)

(4) Maintain effective communication with relevant government entities and clients

(5) Full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week

(6) Compensation: negotiable (provide your current, expected salary and visa type)

 

Qualifications

(1) Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related fields

(2) Previous experience in an accounting role preferred

(3) Proficiency in accounting software (MYOB etc) and MS office

(4) Excellent communication and teamwork skills

(5) Fluency in English and Korean

 

Other Information

(1) 3 months' probation

(2) Annual performance bonus


[Secretary]

Job Description

(1) Perform filing in ACRA: incorporation, registration and statutory filings

(2) Preparation of resolution, minutes of meetings and other secretarial documents

(3) Maintain effective communication with relevant government entities and clients

(4) Provide advice to clients on legal and compliance matters related to corporate governance

(5) Full-time position with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, five days a week

(6) Compensation: negotiable (furnish your current, expected salary and visa type)

 

Qualifications

(1) Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, relevant fields

(2) Previous experience in roles preferred

(3) Proficiency in MS office and fluency in English and Korean

(4) Excellent communication and teamwork skills


Other Information

(1) 3 months' probation

(2) Annual performance bonus
