Chuga Soju is available on Redmart, Shopee, Amazon Fresh, Pandamart, Grabmart, Cold Storage, 7-11 stores, Hao Mart stores, and at many other shops, bars, and restaurants (e.g. Redtail by Zouk, Harry’s Bar, Timbre Group, Level Up, Five Tapas Bar & more) islandwide. 

·      Provide full administrative support to the Sales department and logistics Department.

·      Perform data entry, documentation, printing, billings, and filling duties.

·      Maintain a proper filing and document control system for recording and tracking documents.

·      In charge of order processing for the e-commerce platform and or from the respective sales team.

·      Work closing with administrative team members, finance, and logistics team HODs internally.

·      Directly reporting to Head of Administration and Operation, and respective Sales Managers.

·      Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

·      Prefer to have candidates with relevant experiences.

·      Able to start work immediately/ Able to quickly adapt to new environments.

·      Bilingual speaking

·      Computer literate, independent & responsible

·      Self-motivated

·      Customer service oriented

·      Able to work on Sunday (Work from Home basis on Sunday- half day)

·     10 - 14 Days of leaves

·     Medical Insurance

·     AWS (13 months bonus)
