[Job Description] - Trading Support Assistant 

- Responsibilities for trading support 

- Handling general commodity Trading shipping documents . Documentations of trading contract 

- LC, sales billing, etc on SAP(ERP). - Processing of daily funding arrangement with bank and Korea HQ using SAP(ERP) 

- Support process of trading contracts and managing daily/monthly trading records and P&L. ​

- Research on new products, customer/supplier and new business in Agriculture industry 

- Having regular business meeting with trader/supplier/customer and write down related meeting minute. 

- Able to multi-task 

[Qualifications] 

- PR preferred 

- Fluency in PC skills including MS office 

- Word, MS outlook, PPT and Excel 

- Good command of spoken & written English 

- Ability to manage and prioritize work to meet deadlines 

- Communication skills with positive attitude

- Work Hours: 8am - 5pm
