• Support inquiry from customer and communicating with HQ / customer
• Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
• Coordinating technical services- locally and globally
• Preparing quotations / invoices for technical sales
• Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Cooperative support towards other team members
• Ensure full compliance with ethics and compliance guidelines of Company

• Good written and verbal communication skills both in English for conversation with customers, subcontractors and counter-partners.
• Self-management of works and schedules against tasks and targets.
• Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
• Commitment to work under deadlines
• Attentive to data accuracy
• Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus

*Working hours : 0830hrs~1800hrs(Mon-Thurs), 0830hrs~1730hrs(Fri)

*Annual leave : 15days(The employee shall be granted one(1) additional day of annual leave for each completed calendar year)
