<Roles and responsibilities>

• Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships

• Source advertising opportunities and placing advertisements in the press

• Manage the production of marketing materials

• Arrange for the effective distribution of marketing materials

• Maintain and update customer databases

• Contribute to and develop marketing plans and strategies 

• Monitor competitor activities

• To provide customer support and attend to customer queries

• To develop marketing material and conduct marketing research 

• Complete and update student contracts according to CPE requirements                                            

• Student fees collection

<Requirements>

1. Diploma in any field

2. Familiar with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of design marketing materials will be an added advantage.

3. Customer service experience 

4. Hardworking and responsible, independent, pleasant personality with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills

<KR. Requirements>

1. 전문대 졸업 이상

2. 마이크로소프트 오피스 (디자인 및 마케팅 경험 Advantageous)

3. 고객 서비스 경험

4. 근면하고 책임감 있고 독립적이며 유쾌한 성격으로 강력한 조직력, 대인관계 및 의사소통 능력
