Salary Range : SGD 4,500 - 6,500 (AWS 有)

Job Description

Financial Management

-Manage and supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,general ledger, and payroll.

-Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

-Provide necessary documentation and support during the audit.

-Collaborate with auditors to address any queries or findings.

-Work closely with the tax agent to provide information and support for filing and compliance.

-Monitor changes in tax regulations and ensure timely compliance.

-Handle any tax-related queries or assessments from IRAS.

-Coordinate with the corporate secretary to ensure accurate and timely filing of corporate documents andresolutions.

-Manage the payroll process, including computation, processing, and documentation.

-Ensure accurate and timely submission of CPF contributions and statutory filings.

-Handle year-end IR8A and employee tax matters for the director, including tax clearance.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and payroll-related documentation.

Team Leadership

-Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.

-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

-Delegate responsibilities and tasks effectively, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance accounting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA qualification is preferred.

-Proven experience in accounting and tax compliance, with a strong -understanding of Singaporean tax laws andregulations.

-Familiarity with yearend audit processes and working with external auditors.

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

-Experience in managing payroll and HR-related tasks.

-Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.

-Attention to detail and accuracy in financial and HR-related documentation.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
