이번에 Takashimaya(Orchard)지점에서 일/월/화 주3일 근무 리셉셔니스트(Receptionist)를 구하오니 관심있으신 분들이 많은 지원 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

Job Responsibilities​:

• Warmly welcome & greet customers including walk-ins
• Answer phone calls and arrange appointments
  
• Manage loyalty program(top up/redeem cashback, packages, and vouchers)
• Update customer list and assist in payment
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of Spa/Beauty/Retail industry experience preferred (not essential)
• Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated
• Fluent in English (Chinese speaking will be a plus)
  
• Able to work on public holidays

Salary and Benefits:

• $90 -100 / day (open to discuss)
• Visa provided (WP) if needed
• Free hair service (cut, colour, perm, and treatment etc.)
• Product sales commission
• Pantry inside the salon
• Friendly and passionate work culture 

Working hours:

• Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays (fixed working days)
• About 10 hours a day (open to discuss)
