안녕하세요, 프로트림 & 스타일나(Pro Trim & Style Na) 입니다. 저희는 1996년에 설립되어 싱가포르 전역에 5개의 지점을 운영 중인 한인 헤어살롱입니다. 이번에 JEM(Jurong East) 지점에서 풀타임 리셉셔니스트(Receptionist)를 구하오니 관심있으신 분들이 많은 지원 바랍니다. 감사합니다.

Job Responsibilities​:

• Warmly welcome & greet customers including walk-ins
• Answer phone calls and arrange appointments
  
• Manage loyalty program(top up/redeem cashback, packages, and vouchers)
• Update customer list and assist in payment
• Handle inquiries and complaints from customers
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of counter and waiting areas
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred (not essential)
• Spa/Aesthetic/FMCG experience preferred
• Well-groomed, proactive and self-motivated
• Communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (Chinese speaking will be a plus)
• Able to work on weekends & holidays

Salary and Benefits:

• $2,000 - $3,000/month (open to discuss)
• Visa provided (WP) if needed
