아래와 같이 회계 지식에 기반한 재무기획 업무에 경험있는 Assistant Finance Manager / Finance Manager 를 모집하고 있습니다.

This role is responsible to provide overall support and completion of the assigned tasks related to the jobs described below and any other ad-hoc work in Corporate Finance team:

Reporting FS based on K-IFRS

• Separated/Consolidated Financial Statement and Notes (Quarterly/Annually)
•   Prepare the Audit/Review report working with accounting team
•   Provide Cash Flow based on K-IFRS
•   Review and revision the closing PKG of subsidiaries
•   Reconciliation between English F/S and Korean F/S

Periodic disclosure

• Timely disclosure for the annual business report and semi-annual/quarterly reports
• Preparation of matters to be stated in the disclosure through co-work with the related department
• Manage the schedule for the timely disclosure of the report

Analysis

• Preparation of annual business plan and mid- to long-term business plan at the Group level
• Drive market analysis as PBP Pipeline
• Drive market analysis of Vaccine center
• Performance analysis compared with quarter/annual

General

• Support related to Board of Directors and Audit Committee
• Support the financial work for the other department

Requirements:

• Experience in K-IFRS consolidation and KRX disclosure reporting preferred 
• High level of Finance or Accountancy knowledge
• Having a strong will to understand our business
• Data analytics and comprehension
• Advanced MS Office skill
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Fluent in both English and Korean (to liaise with Korean-speaking counterparts for K-IFRS consolidation and KRX disclosure reporting)

Experience

• 2~7 years of experience in Finance (candidates with more experience will be considered for Finance Manager role)
• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business/Economics
• Certified Public Accounting is a plus
