A one-stop advanced manufacturing hub, housing a vibrant ecosystem of researchers, technology, training providers and factory of the future, located in Singapore’s Jurong Innovation District. The center will explore business ideas and technologies that will help define the future businesses direction for the company. Watch our vision here: https://hmgics.sg/ Overview This is a customer-facing role where you will act as a brand ambassador at the Customer Experience (CX) center in the new state-of-the-art Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Center in Singapore (HMGICS).You will guide visitors through each experience zone, showcasing Hyundai Motor Group’s brand philosophy, products and values, ensuring high-quality customer experience and service for every visitor. The customer experience center will be an exciting new attraction in Singapore and a first-of-its-kind in the automotive industry. HMGICS will not just be a retail space showcasing cars, but a whole new lifestyle and experiential destination in Singapore. Visitors will be able to take a peek into how Hyundai’s IONIQ EVs are built, get into an IONIQ EV and be taken on a ride at the sky track or even test drive an EV along designated routes. On top of that, HMGICS is in the midst of preparing many other experiential formats for visitors to experience ‘Progress for humanity’, Hyundai’s brand philosophy. Roles & Responsibilities Customer Experience (CX) & Customer Service
●
Receive visitors and guide them through each
HMGICS experience (Vehicle Displays, Smart Farm, Sky Track, etc.) ●
Introduce and explain experiences and vehicles
confidently and engagingly, ensuring a high-quality of ● Maintain and operate vehicles, equipment and devices in CX areas ●
Ensure adherence to customer management, safety,
emergency response, vehicle and inventory management ● Carry out related administrative tasks ● Deliver tour programs for visitors ● Host VIPs through CX spaces ● Cover CX zones under other Gurus when necessary
Requirements ● Diploma or A-Level qualification ● Both entry-level and experienced individuals are welcome to apply ●
Experienced applicants should have 1-5 years of
experience in a customer service/guest-facing role such as ● HMGICS Gurus must embody confidence, curiosity and intelligence ● Well-groomed, able to speak in eloquent and professional language ● Strong interpersonal skills, proactive and curious ● Knowledge of and interest in the automobile industry will be beneficial ● Proficiency in English is required ●
Proficiency in Korean and Mandarin will be
beneficial, as position may require communication with international ● Shift work including weekends
