We are confident that our dynamic teamwork, positive attitude and personalized support will assist in the growth of both businesses and individuals. *Website : Good Job Creations – Creating Bonds: Human Resource Services for all *Location : 238A Thomson Road, l#12-08/10, Singapore 307684 [Job Summary] • Perform market research to understand the various industries • Develop new clients and maintain existing clients • Perform cold calling will be the basic to cultivating new clients • Understand clients' recruitment needs as well as to provide the necessary advice to clients if required • Delivery of new positions brought in and communicate closely with the Consultant Team to ensure they understand the position's requirement for sourcing purpose • Perform negotiation with clients as and when required • Attend networking session as and when required
[Qualifications] • Candidate who is flexible, adaptable to changes, willing to learn and improve, self-driven and a team player will have a distinct advantage. • Candidate must be willing to perform high volume of cold calling as this is the basic fundamental to develop new clients • Excellent written and communication skills in both Korean and English to support both Korean and English-speaking clients & partners [Other Information] *Working Hours : 9am~6pm(Mon~Fri) *Annual Leave : 14days (every year +1, up to 22days)
